Clinical Application Specialist Image Guided Therapy

In this role, you will act as a trusted technical and clinical partner for our customers, providing expert guidance and training to optimize the use of Philips angiography solutions. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Service, and Product teams to ensure customer needs are translated into effective, high-value solutions that drive clinical excellence and business growth. **Your responsibilities** + Develop, deliver, and continuously improve structured user training programs to maximize user autonomy, system proficiency, and optimal use of system functionality. + Customize system configurations to meet specific customer and clinical requirements, working closely with Project Management and Account Management to optimize performance for each site. + Support trial installations in cooperation with Service teams to gather evaluation data, enable product validation, and support demonstrations and presentations that drive equipment adoption and sales. + Proactively monitor system usage through regular customer engagement, addressing operational issues and adapting configurations to evolving clinical needs. + Contribute to the development of new functionalities and enhanced system settings by providing field insights and user feedback. + Maintain close collaboration with Product teams to strengthen application knowledge and stay informed about new developments and innovations. + Support Sales and Account Management by providing expert application advice, clinical insights, and customer-focused recommendations. **To succeed in this role, you will need** + A customer-first mindset with a strong commitment to delivering meaningful clinical and operational value. + Minimum **3 years of experience in angiography** , specifically with **fixed cardiovascular systems** . + In-depth knowledge of **cardiovascular procedures** and clinical workflows. + A degree as a **Radiographer** or in **Biomedical Sciences/Engineering** . + Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver tailored training programs. + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. + Solid understanding of **system architecture and underlying technologies** . + Fluency in **Portuguese** , with a good working level of **English and Spanish** . + A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required. **Nice to have** + Knowledge of mobile C-arms (surgery) + Knowledge of hemo systems **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
