**Role Summary**
The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for supporting the deployment, customization, and advanced clinical use of Philips applications across healthcare environments. The role ensures seamless system integration, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality clinical training for end users. By combining deep clinical understanding with strong technical skills, the specialist enhances workflow efficiency, supports pre‑sales engagements, and drives successful product adoption in hospitals and healthcare organizations.
**Your role will be:**
+ Adapt Philips clinical applications to diverse customer environments, ensuring optimal performance and workflow alignment.
+ Provide expert post‑sales support and clinical guidance during system deployment and utilization.
+ Participate in pre‑sales discussions and product demonstrations to illustrate clinical value.
+ Develop advanced training materials and user guides tailored to different clinical audiences.
+ Deliver impactful training sessions for physicians, nurses, paramedics, biomedical engineers, and technical staff.
+ Conduct ad‑hoc training within service contracts and system upgrades.
+ Work closely with the Sales team, Key Account Managers, and external partners to ensure smooth pre‑sales and post‑sales processes.
+ Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to support long‑term engagement.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of implementations, training sessions, and customer interactions.
+ Support the development of the clinical applications team in Poland
+ Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture focused on impact and care.
**Requirements:**
+ Clinical background/education: nurse, medical doctor, paramedic, biomedical engineer, or similar.
+ Polish fluent and English on good understanding is a must
+ Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
+ Creativity, proactivity, and high organizational skills.
+ Willingness to travel
+ Driving license cat. B
