Abbott Medical in Switzerland is hiring for its Electrophysiology (EP) division
**Clinical Application Specialist / Field Technical Engineer Electrophysiology – Switzerland**
to be based in region Berne
In this responsible position, you will support our customers during procedures with technical expertise and promote patient well-being.
**Your main responsibilities**
+ Supervision of electrophysiology examinations
+ Working in a highly complex medical field with a willingness to pursue further training
+ Ensuring the proper functioning of medical devices in the catheterization lab during intracardiac procedures
+ Supporting existing customers and initiating customer training
+ Expanding and deepening customer relationships in close collaboration with the entire Swiss team
+ Providing support for the maintenance of medical devices and clinical studies
**Your profile**
+ Academic background or practical experience in the field of medicine / medical technology
+ Knowledge in cardiology/electrophysiology
+ Organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility, willingness to travel
+ Strong communication skills, willingness to help and a positive attitude, team spirit
+ Ability to represent the company professionally and with the highest integrity
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
+ Strong business communication skills in German and English (additional French language skills are an advantage)
+ Class B driver’s license
+ Resident in the Berne region or willing to relocate there
