NTT DATA currently seeks a Clinical Analyst to join our team in remote in the USA. The Clinical Analyst combines clinical experience with business analyst and data analytics capabilities. This role will support intake, scoping, and data analysis activities for projects submitted through the ServiceNow pipeline. The ideal candidate understands clinical workflows and can translate clinical perspectives into structured business documentation, value statements, and project requirements. This position supports organizational leaders in creating highquality scoping documents and analytical summaries used to evaluate new project ideas, quantify value, and communicate impact to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** + Partner with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to complete scoping documents, including: + Value statements + ROI considerations + SMART goals + Business problem definition + Stakeholder identification + Risk/impact of not pursuing the project + Gather information from clinicians and business SMEs and accurately synthesize the details into structured forms required for project intake. + Analyze data from varied sources and translate insights into clear, concise, and meaningful narratives for clinical audiences. + Prepare data for visualization tools and dashboards (Google Suite or other internal tools). + Support submission of project ideas into ServiceNow, ensuring all required fields and documentation are completed. + Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to bridge clinical understanding where gaps exist. + Use critical thinking to identify missing information or inconsistencies and proactively seek clarification. + Provide clear communication and documentation for leadership review. **Required Skills & Experience** + 3+ years of related experience in a clinical background is required (nursing, allied health, clinical informatics, clinical operations, or similar). + 1+ year working extensively within Google Suite + Bachelor’s degree required **Preferences** + Experience working with or alongside Business Analysts. + Strong data analysis skills: + Ability to interpret data + Tell a clear story with data + Synthesize complex information + Prepare data for visualization + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Practical experience completing structured documentation such as intake forms, value statements, requirements gathering, or process summaries. + Experience using Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides). + Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/intake systems (helpful but not required). + Strong criticalthinking and decisionmaking skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. + Experience with Lucid Chart/Smart Draw is a nice to have \#LI-NorthAmerica About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($53-$56/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
