Schedule: Monday-Friday 730a-4p, No weekends, No holidays & No call! **Job Summary/Purpose:** The Wellness RN-Clinic functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success of the practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism and teamwork. The RN will complete the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit according to CMS regulations under the direction of the primary care provider. Will work as a team member within the clinic to collaborate on patient care needs related to health and wellness of our patients. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state + Graduate of an accredited nursing program + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required **Overview** From primary to specialty care, as well as walk-in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
