Responsibilities
As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to our patients and their families. Working under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager you will provide health care as instructed by a physician, perform routine clinical procedures, educate patients, and accurately document patient information.
What You'll Do:
Direct Patient Care: Providing quality clinical care, including assessments, medication administration, and assisting with procedures, for cardiology and medicine patients and their families.Treatment & Education: Implementing physician orders, educating patients on treatment plans, and accurately documenting patient information and outcomes.Clinical Support & Coordination: Assisting physicians during exams, maintaining medical equipment, managing supplies, and supporting clinic operations as needed.Patient Safety & Advocacy: Responding to emergency situations, ensuring patient consent for treatments, and adhering to all clinic policies and regulatory compliance for a safe environment.Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas (AR).Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).Overview
