Clinic Practice Coordinator

Coordinate the daily operations of the practice. Responsible for administration of business, financial and clinical functions of the practice. Assists in the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further the delivery of healthcare services within the community.

• Coordinate all clinic services: physician relations, personnel, and marketing and community relations.
• Facilitates creative development of new processes and standards that ensure quality patient care and a smooth-running business unit.
• Coordinates the timeshare operations with the clinic.
• Act as the liaison with over 20 independent practices and assist with daily issues/needs.
• Partner with practice managers on contract renewals and new contracts.
• Using the EMR, utilize the scheduling template reports, pull operations reports and review and report on patient volume, referrals and billing.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs.

Position will be with the Hospital Medicine Program.


Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Required.Bachelor Degree Preferred2 years of experience working in a physician practice required.

Physical Requirements
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
