Our practice is located at 10 Main Street (2nd Floor) Florence, MA 01062. Our team is committed to advancing patient health by helping them achieve optimal levels of comfort, energy, and quality living through a variety of outpatient procedures and treatment. Working in close collaboration with Cooley Dickinson Hospital’s Respiratory Services and Cardiopulmonary Rehab departments, we have the combined experience and expertise to diagnose, treat and manage:
Asthma—spirometry evaluation, FeNO (fractional exhaled nitric oxide) testing, assessment of asthma control and tailored asthma education
Allergies—skin testing as well as allergen, venom and drug desensitization.
COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder)—pulmonary function testing and interpretation, home oxygen assessments
Pulmonary Nodules—symptom evaluation (FeNO and fiberoptic laryngoscopy), bronchoscopy
Pleural Effusions—thoracentesis
Symptoms—evaluation of symptoms including chronic cough, shortness of breath and lung cancer screening.
Job Summary
We are seeking a full time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Pulmonary office onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.These team members serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. This role is primarily focused on front desk support and answering phones with a mix of administration support as well!
We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience and talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents, to correspond and communicate with others clearly and effectively (including composing/editing e-mail, memos and letters), and to take complete and accurate messages.

- Well organized and good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, follow established protocols, and work within systems.
