This is a unique opportunity to transition into operations and take charge of opening and managing a Yorkton-based Sleep Clinic. If you have a strong clinical background and are eager to expand your skill set into operations, facility management and leadership, this role is for you!
Clinic Operations Manager Responsibilities: Open and manage the clinic in Yorkton, setting up the office and organizing the space. Oversee staffing, including hiring, training, and performance reviews for the team. Ensure compliance with HR policies and foster a positive work culture. Monitor the clinic’s financial performance, managing costs, revenue, and profit margins. Ensure the equipment is well-maintained and serviced regularly. Ensure the clinic adheres to local healthcare regulations and patient privacy guidelines. Develop and implement efficient workflows for patient intake, treatment scheduling, and follow-ups. Handle patient complaints, concerns, and feedback to continuously improve services. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to build awareness and attract new patients. Engage in community outreach, building partnerships with local health professionals and promoting the clinic’s services. Identify new business opportunities and services to expand the clinic’s scope. Collaborate with the team and contribute to the strategic direction of the clinic’s growth. As the clinic grows, transitions into people leadership, overseeing the clinic staff and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate has: An RN or LPN who is passionate about helping people and excited about moving into an operational role. Strong clinical background, with an openness to learning the ins and outs of clinic management. A passionate leader who can inspire a team and build relationships with both clients and local doctors. Someone with a sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to be part of something new and exciting. Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $100,000 to $121,000 depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for growth and leadership development as you build your own team.
