Job Summary:
Are you a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health? Join our team at our newly established Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Quincy, IL.
This role supports a high-quality, person-centered care model that emphasizes accessibility, timeliness, and continuity of care. As an LPN, you will play a key part in administering medications, supporting outpatient psychiatric care, and facilitating recovery for individuals across multiple service lines including addiction treatment and residential programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an evolving system designed to increase access to comprehensive, integrated health services in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications via oral, injection, and self-administered methods per protocols
Conduct nursing assessments and psychiatric screenings
Accurately document medication administration and clinical observations
Perform MAR reviews, medication counts, and oversee housing medication needs
Assist with client engagement regarding medication questions and refills
Conduct rooming procedures and gather vitals and physical health data
Support documentation of safety planning, interventions, and nursing-led groups
Assist with lab draws, phlebotomy, and infectious disease oversight
Serve as a resource for medical and health-related matters under nursing supervision
Participate in team meetings and provide float coverage between Quincy and Hannibal clinics
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited practical nurse program
Current LPN license in the state of Illinois (or ability to obtain)
Required License/Certification:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), State of Illinois
Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple clinical responsibilities with attention to detail
Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment setting is preferred
Willingness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team model
