MercyOne Medical Group – Northeast Iowa is made up of more than 30 primary care, pediatric, internal medicine and specialty clinics located throughout Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Benton, Butler, Fayette and Tama counties.

What you will Do:   

Promotes and protects the optimal health status of children by providing health assessments and develops and implements health plans.Delegation of duties per Iowa Board of nursing delegation model with health assistants- Functional supervision of health assistants through competency oversightParticipates in continuous quality improvement processAdministers medication and treatments as indicated, conducts client interviews, assessments and screenings, administers immunizations.Maintains, evaluates, and interprets cumulative health data to accommodate health needs of the students.

Hours/Schedule:    

.9 FTE (72 hours biweekly) 

Minimum Qualifications:      

Graduate of an accredited school of nursingBachelors Degree preferredOne year of experience in a school setting I preferred
