Clinic Manager- Specialty Care Clinic

We are looking to hire a Clinic Manager! As a Clinic Manager at MercyOne, you will Manage the daily clinic operations, selection and development of staff, and financial operation of assigned clinics. Responsible for new provider practice start-up and physician scheduling. Works collaboratively with the Mason City Clinic (MCC) revenue cycle colleagues, administration, and other support colleagues to optimize services and outcomes of the MercyOne Specialty Clinic departments. Leads improvement initiatives to achieve high levels of customer service and financial outcomes. **Schedule:** + Full Time + Days, Mon-Fri **General Requirements:** + Two years in supervisory capacity, coaching/leader role. + Previous experience in healthcare preferred. + Lean experience preferred. + Demonstrates ability and knowledge in the area of management. + Able to set and organize own work priorities with high degree of initiative and judgment. + Familiarity with computer applications in healthcare. + Ability to work with a variety of people of diverse backgrounds. + Strong written and verbal skills, financial knowledge of high reasoning ability. + Must provide proof of **Basic Life Support** (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association; or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer-LIVE class only) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire and maintains current status. + Completes **Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse** requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 3 years. **Education:** + Bachelor Degree in business or approved course of study required for individuals hired after May 1, 2019. Individuals hired between January 1, 2008 – May 1, 2019 must have a Bachelor + Degree or willing to obtain within 5 years of hire. + Individuals hired Prior to December 31, 2007 must have a one-year degree/diploma.
