Clinic Office Manager - Rural Healthcare Location: Sound Bend, WA Employment Type: Full - Time, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks (with opportunity for extension) Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $3,100 - $3,300 Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient - centered Clinic Office Manager to oversee daily operations at a respected rural outpatient clinic in Sound Bend, WA. This is a 13 - week full - time temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on performance and facility needs. This role is well - suited for a strong healthcare leader who excels in fast - paced outpatient environments and is committed to fostering team development. A key component of this assignment includes mentoring and training a rising leader within the clinic, contributing to the long - term strength and continuity of clinic operations. Key Responsibilities + Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, patient - focused workflows. + Provide leadership, coaching, and structured mentorship to staff, including the development of a rising leader. + Support providers and clinical teams with scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational needs. + Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and documentation standards. + Partner with organizational leadership to enhance patient care processes and service quality. + Assist with staffing coordination, performance support, and administrative oversight. + Cultivate a professional, collaborative team culture aligned with clinic values and patient - care goals. Minimum Requirements + High school diploma required. + Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration strongly preferred. + Successful completion of background screening and hiring process. + 5+ years experience in clinic supervision or clinic management within a rural healthcare setting. + Established experience in healthcare operations or administrative leadership, preferably within an outpatient environment. + Understanding of Rural Healthcare Rules and/or Regulations required. + Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop staff , including emerging leaders. + Excellent professional communication skills, with strong organizational planning and analytical problem - solving abilities. + Proven success in a dynamic, fast - paced outpatient clinical setting . + A consistent record of professionalism, ethical leadership, and commitment to high - quality patient care .
