Clinic Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations across 1–2 clinic locations in Toronto. This role is responsible for leading clinic staff, managing schedules, and ensuring a high standard of patient care. The Clinic Manager will monitor workflow efficiency, resolve operational issues, and maintain compliance with Ontario healthcare regulations. They will support financial processes such as budgeting, inventory management, and performance tracking. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as this role works closely with both clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance hands‑on problem solving with strategic planning. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of healthcare management experience (clinic or outpatient preferred, or primary care) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of Ontario healthcare regulations Experience with EMR systems and digital workflow tools Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation – required, as travel and driving are necessary to meet business needs.
