This indvididual is responsible for data collection, presentation and dissemination, registry/regulatory compliance and publicly reported data. They will use data to drive improvement to identify performance opportunities in data analysis, team facilitation, and regulatory reporting; including:
Health Data Analytics:
Apply procedures for the governance of data assets (understanding data abstraction specifications) Acquire data from source systems Design data collection plans for KPIs Integrate data from internal and external electronic systems Use statistical and visualization methodsPatient Safety:
Identify and report patient safety risks and eventsCollaborate to analyze patient safety risks and eventsQuality Review & Accountability:
Execute measure requirements Facilitate practitioner performance review activitiesPerformance and Process Improvement:
Apply procedures for the governance of data assets (fielding data requests) Implement standard PPI methods.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's in Nursing. Minimum five years of experience working in a complex healthcare work environment. Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. CPHQ preferred. Knowledge of Quality Improvement Methodology, Data Collection and Analysis and Improvement techniques.Position specific experience or certification may be preferred based on various additional duties.JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
