Your Role at Mitie 

As a Climbing Arborist, you'll play a key role in delivering arboricultural services across a variety of environments. You'll work within a supportive, professional team that values safety, precision, and pride in what we do. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Carry out aerial tree works using industry best practices
Operate and maintain arboricultural machinery and climbing equipment
Drive and manage company vehicles as part of daily operations
Use mobile systems to log completed work accurately
Work within RAMS and POWRA frameworks to meet all H&S requirements
Support a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism 

What We're Looking For 
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

At least 2 years of experience in arboriculture 
Full UK driving licence (trailer licence is a plus) 
Essential NPTC certificates: 
CS30 (201/202)
CS31 (203)
CS38 (206)
CS39 (306/308)
A recognised arboriculture qualification (or willingness to gain one)
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety and team success

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with overtime and occasional overnight stays required. All relevant Arboriculture training schedules, including MEWP and IPAF, will be undertaken for the right candidate.
