You independently operate and maintain at leas one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintains equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

Inventory Accuracy & Control
Execute daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate root causes to maintain high inventory accuracy in SAP.
Monitor material movement between storage, production, and offsite location to ensure alignment between physical and system inventory.
Validate all inventory transactions (put away, transfer orders, adjustments, scrap) and correct errors in coordination with Warehouse Operations and Planning.
Manage inventory blocking/unblocking, material holds, and batch traceability in SAP EWM.
Support Daily, Month-End and Quarterly inventory reconciliation activities and audits.
Operational Execution
Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure proper material staging, backflushing, and reporting of consumption.
Review and support workflow management for replenishments, returns, and finished goods transfers.
Assist with the daily production material readiness, shortage reports, and kit validations to prevent downtime.
Participate in physical inventory activities, ensuring that all areas are properly prepared and reconciled.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Generate and maintain inventory-related reports, KPIs, and dashboards to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze root causes of inventory variances, develop corrective action plans, and track sustainability of solutions.
Provide insights to improve accuracy, efficiency, and process reliability across the material flow process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Supply Planning, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to align with production schedules, material availability, and stock accuracy.
Serve as a key point of contact for resolving SAP transaction issues and supporting system data integrity.
Act as a liaison between site teams and offsite storage facilities to ensure timely communication and documentation of inventory movements.

Qualifications & Experience
2 + years of experience in inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or production support (preferably in food or manufacturing).
Proficiency in SAP (EWM preferred) and/or REGen systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) and other MS Office applications.
Knowledge of workflow management, production operations, and inventory control procedures.
Demonstrated experience supporting physical inventory and cycle count processes.
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Flexibility to work alternate shifts or schedules as business needs require
Work schedule: 8AM - 4:40PM
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $23.90/hr. In addition, this position offers an annual incentive program of a target of 5% of your salary.
