Own our Client’s Technical Product Onboarding experience end to end! Use your Project Management expertise to manage complex technical treasury product implementations for JP Morgan Chase Clients from around the world.
As a Client Technical Onboarding Senior Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. Partner with client and internal stake holders to help provide a best-in-class experience. In this role you are often the clients first true experience working with JP Morgan Chase.
Job responsibilities
Manage multiple complex payment integration projects at any given time, prioritizing tasks, resources and stakeholders across time zones Support clients in migrating from various TMS or updating their payment formats (e.g. SWIFT to ISO XML) in line with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirementsScope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury servicesManage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations Own the product implementation and training experience for your assigned clients Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product ManagementWork with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processesIdentify instances of business risk and show ownership of issues when they arise Use Microsoft Office tools to document meeting agendas and minutes and project plans. Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement and be empowered to escalate when necessary
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Applicable experience and a passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experienceTechnical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementations and comfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environmentAbility to clearly communicate, partner, and influence others to a common goalExhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLAComfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom, and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussionsExperience in coaching or mentoring employees and proven ability to successfully manage conflictStrategic thinking with the ability to adapt to changeMicrosoft Office Suite experience and project Management, Payments and Receivables experienceTechnical Consulting or business analysis experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), systems integration or Application Programming Interface (API) spaceExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor’s DegreePassion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trendsTechnical client consulting experience to support technical rolesPMP or other Project Management Certifications
