The Showroom Client Support Specialist is the welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers who walk into or reach out to our showroom. In this highly visible role, you’ll guide homeowners tackling DIY projects as well as commercial and trade clients placing material orders—helping them move confidently from idea to completion.
You’ll support customers throughout the entire sales and fulfillment journey: answering questions, recommending products, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up to ensure everything went smoothly.
