In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Microsoft office, WMS, TMS, multiclient warehouse and supply chain experience.
\n\nAssess and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships.\nResolve customer complaints efficiently by providing timely, appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure complete resolution.\nServe as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams like warehouse and transportation.\nBuild and maintain trust with customers through clear, open, and interactive communication.\nProcess and accurately input all customer orders and special shipping requests.\nTrack customer orders and proactively communicate status updates and any changes.\nCoordinate with the operations team on shipping logistics, order tracking, and inventory availability to ensure seamless delivery.\nManage all order-related paperwork and maintain organized files for easy access.\nMaintain and update a current and accurate procedures manual for all client support processes.\nRun various reports to check product availability and inventory integrity and identify and resolve variances.\nContribute to and participate in initiatives that improve safety, quality, and productivity.\nEnsure all food safety and quality guidelines are followed in all tasks.\nCrosstrain in various tasks to provide coverage and assistance to other team members.\nDemonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions.\nEffectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSECURITY AND SAFETY
\n\nAdheres to all company security and inventory control procedures.\nMaintains a secure work environment and reports any safety or security concerns to management immediately.\nUpholds all warehouse safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe workspace for all team members.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS
\n\nEducation: High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.\nExperience: 1–;2 years of customer service experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS
\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to interact with customers professionally and courteously.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.\nPreferred: Experience with inventory management systems and/or fluency in Spanish.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
