Job Summary: 
The Client Success Specialist provides world-class, omni-channel support to our clients (software marketers and business leaders). This role is ideal for an all-star Client Success professional who will support our clients. As a member of the Client Success team, you will resolve incoming support questions while ensuring all client needs are met with both speed and empathy, while also working with growing our accounts through proactive cross sell & upsell opportunities.

Static Shift Timings:  2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:30 PM EST) 

What You Will Do:

Resolve incoming support tickets promptly and efficiently, ensuring client issues are addressed with utmost knowledge & professionalism.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular outreach via meetings and emails, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their goals.

Update and manage account information and content for existing clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Identify opportunities for increased vendor investment by engaging underspending clients and demonstrating the value of our solutions.

Proactively pursue opportunities to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by recommending relevant solutions and expanding client engagement.

Support vendors through the upgrade process, handling basic vendors and building on value to upgrade them.

Take ownership of your learning and development by actively seeking feedback, asking questions, and pursuing growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the value we deliver to clients and contribute to team objectives.

Execute key workflows such as client onboarding to set vendors up for long-term success and minimize churn.

Proactively drive client retention and deliver a positive client experience by ensuring new clients are successfully onboarded and consistently supported throughout their journey.

 

What you will need: 

Bachelor’s Degree from an institute of repute. 

6 months to 2 years of relevant sales or customer support experience.  

 

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with a high-level professionalism.  

Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask. 

Enthusiasm for helping and educating others. 

Interest in marketing, business and technology, SaaS knowledge is a plus.
