Client Success Manager
System One has partnered with a professional services company that is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded leader to oversee their client experience strategy from onboarding through long-term partnership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building scalable systems that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll lead a high-performing team, serve as a key connector across departments, and ensure their clients receive consistent, high-impact support throughout their journey. What You’ll Be Responsible For + Architect and refine service delivery standards that align with company goals and client expectations. + Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. + Lead initiatives that enhance the full client lifecycle, increasing engagement and long-term value. + Build and mentor teams through training programs that foster excellence, accountability, and growth. + Oversee onboarding and implementation processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. + Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless transitions. + Optimize workflows and service models for scalability, efficiency, and client satisfaction. + Partner with internal departments (Product, Finance, Operations) to proactively resolve challenges. + Advocate for client needs across the organization, ensuring alignment and responsiveness. + Provide executive-level oversight for strategic accounts, fostering trust and anticipating future needs. + Support revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales. + Define and track departmental KPIs, reporting insights and trends to senior leadership. + Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across your teams. + Serve as a senior escalation point for high-value clients. + Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). + 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience leadership. + 3+ years in a senior management role, preferably within a professional services environment. + Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. + Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex programs on time and within scope. + Comfortable managing executive-level client relationships and navigating high-stakes conversations.
