**Purpose:**
+ The Health Care Client Success Manager role is a key services delivery operations position. Objectives of position are to build and maintain successful client relationships, deliver operational excellence, manage daily operations of a client account/account team, provide reporting, facilitate/own client focused communications, and act as the project manager for new
+ Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
+ Plans and directs project schedules.
+ Monitors projects from initiation through delivery.
+ Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule.
+ Communicates project status frequently both internally and externally.
**Scope:**
+ Client Relationship Management.
+ Communications, Relationship building and Networking.
+ Deliver operational excellence – assess and optimize customer’s print technology and business processes driving innovation, high quality & cost effectiveness.
+ Effective communications (internally & externally).
+ Effective, efficient resolution of client problems/issues, leveraging internal/external resources.
+ Understand & leverage Xerox print technology and solutions.
+ Focal point for service level agreement management, key performance indicators, reporting, and problem resolution.
+ Advise client of opportunities to improve the success of their business operations.
+ Understand client’s industry, business and their critical business drivers.
+ Provide support for new deal implementations with implementation partners.
+ Develop and conduct client business reviews & support overall client communication plan in partnership with sales.
+ Meet all monthly reporting requirements and manage internal control.
+ Prior Project Management experience is required.
+ Prior experience working in Health Care field is preferred.
+ Work Location: Approximately 80% Virtual / 20% On-site at client locations in New Jersey.
**Must have:**
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills.
+ High degree of competency with MicroSoft suite of applications.
+ Be comfortable working with and in the Health Care Industry.
+ Valid driver's license and ability to drive to client locations regularly.
