Reports to: Senior Manager Service and Implementation
Location: Kungsgatan 64, 111 22 Stockholm, Sweden
Hybrid working: 3 days in office and 2 days from home
We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Client Success & Compliance Advisor who combines strong relationship management skills with deep operational and regulatory understanding.
This is a hybrid role where client partnership meets compliance ownership. You will ensure long-term client satisfaction while safeguarding that our payroll and service delivery operates fully compliant with local regulations and internal standards.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, an internal compliance champion, and a bridge between Service, Implementation, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Relationship Management
Own and develop strategic client relationships Act as primary point of contact for escalations and complex matters Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth Conduct business reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunities Translate client needs into internal action plansCompliance & Governance
Ensure payroll delivery is compliant with local legislation and regulatory requirements Act as compliance subject matter expert internally and towards clients Support audits and internal control processes Drive standardization and best practice ways of working Partner with Service Teams to ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory standardsCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Implementation, Service and Product teams Contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives
Who You Are:
+2 years of experience within Client Success Experienced within payroll, HR services, or regulated service environments Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and local labor legislation Commercially aware with a strategic mindset Confident in managing senior client stakeholders Structured, analytical and risk-aware Able to balance operational detail with strategic oversight Excellent communication skills in Swedish and EnglishWhat we offer:
