Position Purpose:

Support clients daily by delivering the required data in several formats and advise clients on how to use it.

Provide guidance and support to clients as an expert on IQVIA products and services.

So who are we looking for?

Principle Responsibilities

First point of contact for the client: build relationship, answer all relevant data questions or refer to other departments, give training on our products & services;Review and analyse client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction;Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions;Monitor performance against existing service agreements and ensure client’s obligations are met;May design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations that are answering further needs of the audience;Partner with the Key Account Managers and clients to derive optimum value from our products & services by explaining and expanding the usage of current deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.

Education, Experience, & Specialized Skills Required:

A Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalentAn experience or a strong affinity in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretationA customer-oriented personality with a positive drive and a pragmatic, proactive and innovative approachAble to manage multiple projects and work with due datesAble to work effectively with others in and across a matrix organizationAnalytical and Project Management skillsExperience/affinity with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is a strong advantageProficient in PC applications: good knowledge of Excel and PowerPointProficient in NL, FR and EN
