Performance Manager Responsibilities:
· Train new hires on their site-specific post order and maintain post order compliance.
· Work closely with Performance Manager to exceed service levels.
· Travel locally in the New York area.
· Enforce Metro One LPSG Uniform Policy.
· Issue verbal disciplinary warnings to Security Officers for attendance, uniform issues, etc.
· Utilize Track force technology to submit site inspections, incidents and uniform check reports.
· Assist with all other operational needs from Performance Manager.
· Cover a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer if necessary.
· Ability to interact with the public and client in a direct and professional manner with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum one year of Supervisory security experience.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Familiarity with scheduling software programs a plus.
· Outgoing personality with strong organizational, leadership and customer service skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
· Requires local travel
· Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
