Role Overview
The Region CS Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle and
operational management of the client solutions portfolio within the region. This role ensures alignment with global and area priorities while tailoring portfolio assets and strategies to meet regional needs and drive growth through targeted initiatives.
Collaborating with regional stakeholders, this role coordinates the production and adaptation of portfolio assets, integrates data for performance evaluation, and ensures consistent efforts across industries and client groups. Acting as a connector between global strategies and regional execution, this role identifies growth opportunities, evaluates underperforming motions for potential retirement, and facilitates decision-making to align solutions with regional business goals.
Key Accountabilities
Portfolio Governance
* Manage Regional Portfolio Assets: Manage and coordinate the production of portfolio assets tailored to regional Client Solutions needs.
* Align Global and Regional Portfolios: Integrate global Client Solutions portfolio updates into region-specific adaptations as needed.
* Communicate Portfolio Updates: Produce summarized regional updates for solution area and X-SA when/if portfolio changes occur and loop the feedback up to Area/Global when applicable.
* Track Regional Metrics: Manage and analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate regional portfolio success.
Portfolio Strategy
* Leverage Regional Insights: Identify opportunities to share successful regional solutions for potential global adoption.
* Drive Portfolio Evolution: Identify and propose opportunities for new solutions or recommend retirement of underperforming motions within the region.
Product Management
* Customize Global Content: Tailor global materials to ensure relevance and applicability to regional contexts and audiences.
* Develop Supporting Materials: Create and maintain assets and artifacts required to support regional Client Solutions initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators

* Sales Mix across portfolio (placemat v other)

* Leverage partner assets (e.g. ECIF)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Understanding of regional portfolio management processes and ability to align with global and area-level priorities.
* Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate regional portfolio performance metrics.
* Effective communication skills to summarize and share updates with regional stakeholders.
* Proficiency in tailoring global content and materials to meet specific regional needs and audience expectations.
* Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and coordinate the production of assets and artifacts supporting regional Client Solutions initiatives.
Education, Certifications and Experience
* Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business
* Likely has 8+ years of experience
* Experience in portfolio management or operational roles with a regional or local focus.
* Proven ability to adapt global strategies or materials to local or regional contexts.
* Demonstrated success in managing and analyzing data to support decision- making and evaluate performance.
* Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple levels within an organization.
* Familiarity with regional market dynamics and how they influence portfolio execution and customization
