As the IT Technician you’ll be supporting end users with IT issues and administrate systems – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks, printers and support others It tasks/projects. **What will you do:** · Constantly monitor individual queue to resolve routine and non routine desktop issues and requests. Achieve target ticket volumes and ticket resolution levels. · Ensure that all IS standards and policies are in proper control and align with Corporate IS policies. All Assets are properly accounted and managed. · Systems Administration – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks, printers · IT Infrastructure. Network monitoring to ensure that the system performance is running at an acceptable speed. · Support IT directions from Corporate, Area, Regional and local Management. Implement project rollout and meet deadlines. · Prepare and maintain all IT documents up to date as required for audit. Acquisition of IT equipment’s, Mobile devices, computers, notebooks, printers, etc. **Requirements:** · Education: University degree preferably in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. · Preferably at least 2 years of IT experience · Must have knowledge in administrating systems – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks · Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and spoken English · Good communication skills, customer focus, self-organization An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
