Who You’ll Work With:

We are looking for a Team Leader to supervise staff within the Call Center for AllianceBernstein’s Transfer Agency Operations.  This person will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team providing service to our shareholders, advisors, intermediary back offices and our firm’s sales force. The best candidate for this position will possess the proven ability to coach and develop staff, manage internal and external client relationships, handle escalated issues, problem solve, develop talent and improve processes within the department. 

What You’ll Do:

Coach and develop staffManage day to day operations and handle escalated issues as they ariseManage relationships with internal and external clientsManage communication with the team and other ABIS departmentsIdentify and implement process improvements as neededManage department and firm level projects as business requirements ariseManage work volume and key critical functions assigned to the teamManage team schedulesPerform other leadership and staff level tasks as business needs require

What We’re Looking For:

2 to 3 years of leading, developing talent and motivating team members (within a call center is preferred)Exceptional communication, organization and follow up skills requiredStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentProject and workflow management experience preferredCandidate must be customer focused and extremely flexibleKnowledge of mutual fund operations preferred
