Job Title: Account Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to establish and maintain relationships with retail customers, consumers, and the outside sales team. This role involves processing sales orders, handling payment and pricing discrepancies, and managing returns requests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries through phone and email, developing product knowledge, and understanding customer sales programs and promotions.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with retail customers, consumers, and outside sales team.Process sales orders and address any errors in payment terms or price discrepancies.Manage returns requests for designated accounts.Answer incoming telephone calls and ensure one call resolution.Develop knowledge of product form and function.Understand and communicate customer sales programs and promotions.Process requests for sales and show samples.Coordinate with Supply Chain on large and out-of-stock orders.Collaborate with Credit Department on credit holds and pricing disputes.Track rollout orders to ensure timely delivery.Work with warehouse staff to meet specific shipping requirements.Prepare documents to address customer fines and file rebuttals.Update customer websites with tracking information and order details.Troubleshoot product-related issues and find resolutions.Prepare warranty, parts, and replacement orders.Respond to information requests via email.Participate in technical training classes.Perform additional duties as assigned.Manage accounts and price changes using Infor LN ERP system.Essential Skills
1 to 2 years of customer service experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.Strong data entry skills.Action-oriented and detail-oriented.Conflict management and resolution skills.Customer-focused and excellent listening abilities.Team player with problem-solving capabilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree preferred.EDI experience preferred.Experience with Infor LN/SAP/Cloud-based ERP preferred.Account management experience preferred.WMS experience preferred.Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. From Tuesday to Thursday, you will be required to work in the office. The work environment supports a blend of remote and in-office work, allowing for collaboration with team members in a dynamic setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
