Client Services Specialist
Job Posting: Client Services SpecialistOverview We are seeking Client Services Specialists to join our team. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers with existing loans, providing exceptional service, and assisting with billing and payment-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring strong call center experience, computer literacy, and a background in billing or banking. Key Responsibilities + Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone. + Assist with ACH setups and cancellations. + Process payments, adjustments, and credits accurately. + Handle mail correspondence and maintain records. + Support customers with logging into the payment portal. + Calculate loan payments and provide clear explanations to customers. Required Skills + Call center and customer service experience (80+ inbound calls per day). + Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. + Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. + Experience in billing, banking, loans, or mortgage preferred. + Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. + Punctuality and reliable attendance. Preferred Qualifications + Minimum 2 years of high-volume inbound call center experience. + Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred; tie-breaker skill, no pay differential). + Experience in quality assurance, team lead, or SME roles is a plus. + Strong tenure and consistent work history. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
