Client Service Representative (Full-Time)

Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital is seeking a warm, professional, and highly motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, the CSR plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring exceptional client care and smooth hospital operations.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Saturday availability is required

Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a positive experience
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/check-outs
Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage client communications
Provide information about hospital services, policies, and pet care as directed by the medical team
Support a fast-paced environment by assisting both clients and team members with efficiency and attention to detail
Qualifications
Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Compassionate, friendly, and client-focused attitude
Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
