Client Services Representative
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day office operations for a collections organization located in downtown Louisville. This role is well‑suited for a hands‑on leader with a call center or high‑volume customer service back ground who enjoys coaching teams, supporting performance, and ensuring smooth office operations.

This position oversees a team of approximately 40 employees, including administrative staff and customer service/collections representatives, and plays a key role in training, development, and operational support.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organizationLead, train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to administrative and call‑center teamsSupport customer service and collections staff with guidance and escalation handlingMaintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and complianceAssist with attendance tracking, performance feedback, and employee developmentCollaborate with leadership to identify workflow improvements and enhance operationsRequired Qualifications2+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceCall center or high‑volume customer service experience requiredProven ability to train, coach, and provide performance feedbackStrong communication, organizational, and customer‑focused skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a client‑focused, service‑driven environmentPrior experience supervising teams of 15+ employeesStrong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skillsCollections experience is not requiredJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
