Summary: The main function of a client services representative is to interact with field based on demand employees to assist with travel booking, expense reconciliation, and general pay and expense related matters. These field employees are traveling throughout the country supporting education, repairs, and installation of new medical equipment in various healthcare settings. You will be responsibility for responding to inquiries about company policies, timecard questions, expense policy, travel booking support, expense reconciliation. Communication will involve inbound and outbound via phone, text, and email.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve employee payroll, travel, or expense related issues.Contact line managers for approvals or dispute resolution.Investigate policy violations.Obtain receipts and submit expense reports on behalf of others.Collect refunds and reimbursements from external vendors as needed.Coordinate and book travel on behalf of field employees in alignment with company policy.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
