Project Manager Client Services
As a Project Manager Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in handling diverse and high-impact projects that supply to groundbreaking scientific discoveries and advancements. This is your chance to work with a dedicated team that is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the world!
This is a shift position covering 7 days a week working on a rotating shift pattern covering the period 7am to 7pm, shifts would not be longer than 10hrs and would stagger start and finish times to cover the working day with other team members on the pod. It is needed for the role to be able to work weekends and bank holidays and easily be able to commute to site. For the initial onboarding and training period then the expectation would to be on site Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Your Responsibilities
Electronic batch record creation and management.Study set-up and support to the Project Manager team for amendments.Coordinating storage and shipment requirements.Handling client requests for material disposal.Ensuring accurate billing of client activities.Being responsible for the close-out of client studies in collaboration with Project Managers.Preparing and submitting documentation related to client activities and requests.Handling the green light to ship (GLTS) process according to project timelines.Assessing client-supplied study specifications with Quality, Operations, and Procurement teams to craft effective Supply Chain solutions.Ensuring timely completion of activities to meet client requirements.Applying project planning tools like Microsoft Project/Smartsheets & KanBanize for monitoring and communication.Providing timely reports and other information.Keeping open lines of communication with all collaborators about order status.Liaising with Operations and Quality teams to ensure appropriate handling of study logistics.Assisting with management of stock levels for kit materials and packaging components.Writing and reviewing departmental SOPs and Project Plans.Ensuring revenue recognition for assigned projects and verifying final information for the Accounting Department before invoice release.Handling non-conformance reports and providing timely resolutions.Providing training to other members of the Fisher Bio Services team as needed.Participating in cross-functional business process improvement activities.Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management.Being available for occasional overtime work as required.Your QualificationsIdeally, 1-2 years of successful experience in project management as an Associate/Assistant Project Manager.Certification in Project Management by a recognized training institution (or working towards certification) is an advantage.Understanding of GXP requirements in a pharma or CRO environment.Flexible and adaptable with strong customer leadership skills.Ability to analyze problems and define customer-centric solutions.Resilient and encouraging phenomenal teammate.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and numerical skills.Scientific degree required or other degree coupled with pharma/CRO equivalent work experience.What we offer:
