As a Client Services Manager at Spectrum Business, you will manage interactions and escalations for VIP accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise will strengthen relationships and drive business growth, ensuring our clients’ needs are met with precision and care. Your impact will be felt across every touchpoint of the customer journey.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborate with customer executives and technical contacts to align Spectrum Business best practices and product offerings with business strategySupport finance and technical personnel to ensure accurate billing for ordered and delivered servicesAdvocate for VIP customers by guiding internal teams in account profile audits and issue resolutionAddress escalations by coordinating with internal functions, providing proactive monitoring and process improvement evaluationsDrive add-on and renewal revenue by partnering with Sales and leveraging customer advocacy for broader account penetrationTrack and report customer account trends with regular summaries to both Spectrum Business leadership and clientsMonitor and respond to technical support and billing issues, escalating complex matters and delivering post-mortem analysis as neededWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience
4+ years of business-to-business sales or client services management experienceTelecom sales or client services experienceSkills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to build and manage a client services team for large business customersAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to manage enterprise-level clientsAbility to sell advanced business solutions to enterprise-level clientsKnowledge of internet technologies, functionality and servicesDemonstrated knowledge of data networking technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN)CLEC, telecom and fiber/metro Ethernet sales experiencePreferred Qualifications
