The Client Services Leader provides management oversight and support to assigned client billing teams while serving as the primary representative for team performance. This position consistently analyzes and communicates performance against client expectations and develops action plans for necessary resolutions.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise up to 5 employees, arranging work, assigning tasks, and defining responsibilities.
+ Issue orders and instructions, explaining management plans.
+ Identify trends and implement corrections as needed.
+ Establish methods and procedures, enforcing rules and regulations.
+ Maintain teamwork, qualifications, and work requirements.
+ Demonstrate expertise related to particular state/regional requirements and compliance.
+ Provide management support, including personnel allocation, management staff development, and interfacing with central office staff as necessary.
+ Support company goals and objectives through proper communication with assigned supervisory and hourly staff.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned supervisory staff per company policy.
+ Meet with clients to review performance at least monthly or upon client request, serving as the contact on behalf of the company.
+ Review insurance contracts and negotiate fees on behalf of the client.
+ Be alert for new business opportunities and involve Sales and Marketing personnel as appropriate.
+ Maintain knowledge of billing and operating procedures to the extent required for client service.
+ Perform other job-related duties as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience.
+ Experience managing relationships with clients.
+ Healthcare industry experience.
+ Proficiency in revenue cycle and KPI analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the radiology industry is a big plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
+ Ability to critically think on methodology and strategy in daily activities.
+ Ability to problem-solve through root cause analysis and structured planning.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a corporate-type office location. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for earlier or later hours. Starting September 2025, the schedule will be three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday). Occasional travel, up to 25% of the time, may be required, including travel to other states depending on client location.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for company benefits.
