Role PurposeAs our Client Services Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our assay operations—managing the commercial elements of jobs, liaising directly with UK and international clients, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This Witham-based role may also include client visits, event participation, and occasional support across other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities Build and nurture strong client relationships Manage your job portfolio with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Coordinate electronic reports, certificates, and invoicing Interpret technical reports and communicate results clearly Maintain and update client databases and progress systems Contribute to credit control and timely payments Champion internal training and knowledge sharing Solve complex queries with creativity and logic Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Lab, Finance, Legal) Participate in meetings, projects, and process improvements Represent the business at client meetings and industry events Adhere to quality, legal, safety and environmental standards Support core business operations as needed Experience & Skills A-level education (or equivalent qualification/experience) Proven attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions Valid passport and full driving license
