We’re looking for a dedicated and talented Client ServiceAnalyst to join our Consumer Health team in the heart of Hagastaden – Stockholm’s vibrant Life Science hub. In this full-time role, you’ll be a key partner to leading Consumer Health brands, ensuring the success of their sales data deliveries and transforming insights into impact.

Position: Client Service Analyst, Consumer Health

As a Client Service Analyst in our Consumer Health team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance. You will build strong professional relationships with your allocated clients, assisting them with queries, support, and trainings on our current deliveries. Your role will also involve ensuring accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments. Some business travel within the Nordic countries may be required for trainings and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships by delivering clear, proactive support on both current and new data deliveriesConduct research, analysis, and create reports to respond to client requests and inquiriesPerform first-line data investigationConduct customized client training sessions on current front-end toolsReport internally on projects, actions, follow-ups, and opportunities

Skills and Competencies:            

Fluent in Swedish and English (mandatory)Strong analytical mindsetClient-focused with excellent communication skillsWillingness to learn new solutions, tools, and processesOrganized and solution-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with various BI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience from the Consumer Health, FMCG, or Pharma industryProficiency in an additional Nordic languageStrong team spirit and a proactive, client-focused mindset
