Bureau Veritas is looking for a: Project Manager Assistant (CET)
Your main responsibilities are:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service Act as a key liaison between clients, laboratory teams, and internal departments Ensure client satisfaction and service quality through proactive communication and coordination Respond to client inquiries via phone or email and redirect to CET members when needed Process client orders and schedule internal courier services Coordinate client/internal deadline changes with lab operations Manage job file information and ensure compliance with regulatory or client-specific requirements Handle service issues such as rush turnaround times, cancellations, or toggle requests Support project managers when cross-trained, and assist with various reporting tools (QSI, CRM) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory methods and internal procedures Adhere to all health & safety regulations and QA/QC policies. Perform other duties as assignedProfile Sought:
University degree or College diploma (preferably in Chemistry or Environmental Science) or equivalent work experience Previous experience in customer service or laboratory operations Basic knowledge of chemistry, particularly in a laboratory context Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Effective communication and collaboration skills Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational abilities Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset Demonstrates professionalism, motivation, and accountability
Working Conditions:
Office environment with regular interaction in a laboratory setting May require flexible hours, overtime, or shift work Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines Occasional exposure to hazardous materials in lab areas
