As the Client Service & RFP Manager, you will be responsible for providing existing clients like mainly pension funds etc. with our services like a quarterly reporting and answering to queries from clients, co-working with other sales team members etc.
What will you do?
Producing reporting materials including some data etc.to submit to clientsOrganizing and coordinating all RFPs from clients and consulting companies etc. to expand our businesses co-working with other colleagues in not only Tokyo office but also other countries.Promptly recording and disseminating information on communications, meetings and calls with prospects and investors in the form of call memos.Acting in accordance with guidelines issued by Compliance and Legal with respect to selling only in Japan and ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.Ensuring that all marketing materials and other materials provided to investors are “clear, fair and not misleading” in compliance with local regulations and with guidelines set out by Compliance.Delivering a high standard of service and performance to investors.Co-operating with colleagues and promoting successful sales team/GBD performance.Personally reinforcing excellence across RBC BlueBay’s stated cultural values and standards both inside GBD/the firm and as a representative of RBC BlueBay in the market.What do you need to succeed?
