Client Service Retention SpecialistWhat does a successful Client Service Retention Specialist do at Fiserv?
As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for retaining client relationships for small to mid-sized businesses. The role responds to at risk clients identified by event triggers and predictive attrition analysis through reactive and proactive efforts. The role is responsible for building strong relationships, merchant education and issue resolution.
What you will do:
Responsible for responding and resolving client issues at the point of contact through both reactive and proactive efforts for day-to-day merchant inquiries.Establish a rapport with clients through verbal and written communication.Will make outbound calls to merchants for targeted core projects and campaigns.Recommend value added products and services.Navigate through multiple CRM systems.
What you will need to have:
1-3 years of payments or financial industry experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ProductsKnowledge of payment processing and products, platforms, systems, and operational areas preferred.High school diploma or equivalent education and/or equivalent military experience.Located in Omaha, Hagerstown, or Coral Springs area.What would be great to have:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in customer service or a related contact center role.Salary Range:
$40,000.00-$50,500.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
