Summary:  Our Client Service Representatives act as a liaison for our large clientele base by providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any problems that may arise with accuracy and efficiency.  The ideal candidate should be passionate about maintaining meaningful relationships with our clients and their pets by providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greet clients and coordinating their appointments during check in and check outMaintain cleanliness of lobbyProcess payments and reconcile daily transactionsManage a multi-line phone systemAppointment schedulingVarious administrative tasks, such as composing emails and sending faxes, processing medication refills, submitting insurance claims, and more

Qualifications include:

Energetic, personable and people-orientedTask-oriented with attention to detailStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProfessional phone demeanorAbility to stand comfortably for sustained periods of timeAbility to lift 20lbsBasic computer skillsAbility to work comfortably in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus!

Shift: Full-time with rotating Saturdays.

Wage: $18/hr - $20/hr based on experience
