Why We Need You
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Service Representative plays a pivotal role in shaping the experience at VCA White Lake. You will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring each client feels valued and well-cared for. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive, helpful attitude will help us maintain the high standards of service and care that our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Greet clients and their pets warmly, answer phones, and guide them through the hospital experience.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, ensuring clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Customer Communication: Make outbound calls for follow-ups and to engage prospective clients.
Billing and Payments: Present and explain fees to clients, process payments, and handle financial transactions.
Product and Service Guidance: Recommend and educate clients on essential pet care products and services, including prescriptions and preventative care.
Client Education: Provide valuable information to clients about pet care, including heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, and overall wellness.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical records, manage charts and reports, and handle all hospital correspondence.
Facility Maintenance: Help ensure the hospital is clean and organized, both inside and outside, and assist with the removal of animal waste.
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to our values of respect and compassion.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an animal care or medical setting, is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary: $16-18 per hour based on experience
