Your mission is to earn the trust of every pet parent through excellent client service, which allows our medical team to provide the highest standard of care. We’re looking for someone who is ready to put their skills and knowledge into action. The role includes, but is not limited to: + Providing excellent customer service: greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting clients. + Checking in clients and patients, and guiding them to exam rooms. + Triaging patients with appropriate urgency, especially in emergencies. + Communicating clearly with coworkers regarding patient status, check-in, and discharge. + Supporting a team-oriented environment with reliability and collaboration. + Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments accurately. + Remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or stressful moments. + Answering client questions and educating them on products, flea/tick prevention, vaccines, and basic in-house tests. + Accurately managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence. + Assisting with hospital upkeep maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside the facility, including safe handling of animal waste. You may sometimes work under pressure depending on hospital flow, but you will always have the support of your team.
