Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
Check in and check out patients efficiently and accurately.
Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records in the system.
Communicate effectively with veterinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
Explain hospital policies, procedures, and services to clients.
Handle sensitive or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Follow hospital protocols for emergency situations or urgent care needs.
