Who we are looking for: Our Middleton hospital is seeking an energetic, compassionate representative who is motivated by providing excellent customer service to act as a goodwill ambassador for our hospital. Knowledge and experience in veterinary medicine is highly encouraged but can be supported in training for the right individual. The best candidate should have knowledge, skills and abilities in the following areas:

What the role will look like: This role will be a combination of customer service and client oriented tasks associated with patient care. This role acts as a liaison between clients, patients and the attending veterinarians to provide clear communication and facilitate the needs of both clients and doctors. Some of the common daily tasks include:

Answering phones and making appointmentMaintaining charts and computer recordsFinancial transactionsGreeting and facilitating clients needsGeneral cleaning and maintenancePatient and financial updates

Schedule: The full-time position available is 1st shift (6am-3pm) on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other weekend.
