Client Service Representative

VCA North Idaho Animal Hospital is seeking a veterinary client service representative to join our practice in Sandpoint Idaho. We are a six-doctor practice that is AAHA accredited and Fear Free certified.

We offer our clients acupuncture, therapeutic laser, behavior training and consultation, dentistry, advanced ultrasound imaging, reproduction, echocardiogram, and orthopedic services. We are a full service veterinary hospital from nose to tail.

We are the original Fear Free hospital where it all started and proud to be AAHA accredited. Our hospital has some amazing longevity, rarely found in veterinary medicine. VCA North Idaho is where you can find a home!

Balance of work and life is our focus for our associates a happy practice makes happy pets. As a member of the VCA North Idaho team, you will support the medical team by creating a low stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent by delivering an outstanding client experience so we can provide exceptional care to every patient.

The average work week of 35-40 hours with the occasional rotating weekend. We are open from Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30 pm, Sat 8:00am to 3:00pm.  Applicants need to be cheerful, friendly and open to learning new things. With clear communication skills, proactive approach, and comfortable around animals or interested in a new career opportunity. We will provide the knowledge and training for this industry.
