Qualifications

Education\: Minimum Secondary School Diploma; Medical Terminology course is an assetExperience\: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcareSkills\:Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProficient in Windows-based scheduling softwareBilingual (English/French) preferred in applicable regionsComfortable using standard office equipment
