What You’ll Be Doing: + Be the go-to contact for client service requests—making sure everything runs smoothly and promptly + Work closely with senior leaders to roll out client-specific strategies and support company-wide initiatives + Build meaningful client relationships by really understanding what they need and going beyond their expectations + Support and mentor junior team members on shared client accounts + Collaborate with clients and their external advisors—tax, legal, estate—to execute complex wealth plans, including philanthropic and tax-savvy strategies + Maintain strong connections with clients’ professional teams, like personal CFOs and executive assistants + Act as a trusted resource and mentor for new team members joining the client service group + Partner with investment professionals on portfolio implementation and cash deployment + Jump in on cross-team projects and firm priorities as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Proven background in client service, wealth management, or family office roles + Excellent communication skills paired with a high level of discretion + Comfort managing complex client requests while coordinating smoothly with internal and external partners + A team player who’s passionate about delivering personalized, high-touch service Ready to join a forward-thinking team where your expertise will truly shine?
